Parents

Introduction

We know that our students achieve their best when the partnership between parents and the school is a strong and trusting one. The students feel secure and confident when teachers and family support each other and know what is expected. We keep our parents/carers fully informed of their child’s progress through regular Parents’ Evenings and reports. We monitor absence closely and contact parents promptly if there are any concerns.

We ask parents/carers to help by:
  • Supporting and following the school’s code of conduct and the school anti-bullying policy;
  • Demanding high standards of behaviour and attendance;
  • Maintaining close contacts with school, using the student planner as a means of communication;
  • Attending Parents’ Evenings and engaging with publications such as Parli News and the school website.
  • Participating in the Parents Association, email: phspa@hotmail.co.uk

My daughter has blossomed into a confident, articulate and compassionate young adult.
